The second suspect in a bizarre Boulder kidnapping and assault case involving a disgruntled yoga company founder posing as an FBI agent used his personal phone to set up a fake meeting with the proprietors of a local web-design firm, according to Boulder police.

Police in Lane County, Ore., earlier this month arrested John Anthony Sweeney on suspicion of first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, false imprisonment and harassment.

Sweeney, 34, was previously known only as “Davy” and was being sought in connection to an alleged revenge plot perpetrated by Daniel Shea on Feb. 9.
